CONDITIONS:

Our rates are per person and per day, they include overnight stay and breakfast.

Touristik Tax: Euro 1,00 per day per person(excluding children under 14 years)

The breakfast room is at your disposal from 7.30 to 9.30 am.

In case of cancellation please give notice promptly.

When making a reservation a deposit is required, the amount has to be arranged every time depending on the number of people and of days booked.

In case you bring forward your departure the entire sum of your stay will be charged, unless otherwise agreed.

Your bedroom will be available at about 2.00 pm of the day of your arrival and you have to check out by 11.00 am of the day of your departure.

If you want to leave your bedroom after 11.00 am it's necessary to give notice in advance.

NB: we are not able to accommodate pets (due to personal health problems).
