The hostess, Ester, will delight you every morning with her homemade delicacies, including apple strudel, her famous ricotta cake, fruit tarts, and a delicious chocolate cake.
Our desserts are very high quality, in part thanks to the use of local zero-km products, which guarantee freshness and authentic flavours.
In addition to desserts, we also offer a wide selection of breads, such as walnut bread and rye bread, accompanied by a range of local cheese varieties from the Cavalese dairy.
You can also choose from yogurt, lactose-free milk, oat milk, crispbreads, cereals, croissants, and cold cuts, including Speck Trentino ham.
The breakfast room is open from 7:30 am to 9:30 am.
However, during sports events such as the Marcialonga, the Marcialonga Running and Cycling, the Skiri Trophy, and other competitions, we are happy to open it earlier to meet the needs of athletes.
