Corradini B&B also produces excellent honey; our dedicated company Apicoltura Sardagna Ester makes two types of millefiori honey: one produced at a thousand meters above sea level (in Val di Fiemme), where we have sites near our home, and one produced in the high Alps, at 1800 meters above sea level, where the hives are brought specifically to make this honey.
The two varieties differ greatly in taste, smell, and colour, but both are unique.
Millefiori honey, or wildflower honey, which everyone is familiar with and which our grandparents just called "honey", is unfortunately a honey that will never be exactly the same from year to year, because the different species of flowers bloom at different times and in different ways each year.
We produce, process, and jar our honey entirely by hand, which means our honey is very high quality, but only available in limited quantities.
Our honey is extracted and packaged without undergoing any type of treatment, thus preserving all its natural characteristics and beneficial properties.
Our honey is the result of work carried out with care and professionalism and is a way to foster culture around the role of bees in our region.
